The office

Someone on a hinge and someone on the controller see each other's work while it is still changing. It takes a little longer at the start. It saves the month you would have spent finding out, later, that the two sides never quite met.
Michael founded the company. He decides what we take. The office is in Phoenix. Programs we accept, we stay with through first flight, and after, when the vehicle starts showing you what the analysis missed.
The work
Aircraft, spacecraft, unmanned.
A year here is usually a mix. Flight vehicles, some of them combat. Space hardware that has to move after launch — pointing, gimbals, deployables. Small electric VTOL for work that does not have a crew on board.
What holds it together is the dynamics: how the machine actually moves, and whether the software agrees with the hardware. CAD helps. So do simulators. The vehicle is what we are trying to get right.
