The office
You will be asked for an opinion, and you will be asked to write it down so someone else can follow it in six months. Reviews are real. So is the hardware.
The office is in Phoenix. If the work is right, we'll talk about relocation. Interns sit with the team, not in a separate program with a different set of rules.
We read every note. If we don't have a seat that matches, we'll say that rather than keep you in a pipeline.

You write the software that flies. Guidance, navigation, the vehicle computer, the tools on the ground. You will sit near the airframe. Phoenix, full-time. Comfortable around hardware, or willing to become so.
Full-time · Phoenix
Airframes, mechanisms, actuation. You take a vehicle from a first sketch through a first article and then through the test that tells you what you missed. Some of it is CAD. A lot of it isn't.
Full-time · Phoenix
Estimation and control. You care whether the vehicle does what the model said it would, on the sensors we actually have. Simulators are a tool, not the job.
Summer or school year · Phoenix
For students who want to sit with the team, not watch from a slide. Flight, mechanisms, or control. Tell us what you want to learn and we'll say if we have room.
